Membership in the PPX is free of charge. There are two kinds of membership at the PPX:

Advisor Membership:   Search quality Deal Flow. Advisor Membership is for Securities Industry Professionals engaged on behalf of investor clients other than themselves; Registered Reps, VCs, Fund Managers, Investment Advisors, etc., looking for projects custom suited to specific objectives. more>

Issuer Membership:  Get your project funded. Issuer Membership is for Entrepreneurs,Companies and registered persons engaged in raising capital for companies. Issuer Membership is also for  Portfolio Managers looking to divest non - core assets, etc. more>
